Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy for all unstitched items if they are defective or if you received the wrong item. Stitched items cannot be returned or exchanged due to the custom nature of the product.

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel to initiate a return. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Non-returnable items: Custom stitched suits, sale items, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan through reliable courier services. Standard delivery time is 3-5 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and destination.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the provided address.

International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. International shipping may be available upon special request—please contact us for details.

Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank Transfer: Direct transfer to our designated bank account
  • Upaisa: Mobile wallet payment
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for selected locations. Please contact before selecting to ensure whether we can offer you this facility or not (additional charges may apply).

Full payment is required in advance for customized stitched orders. For unstitched items, you may choose COD where available.

Payment confirmation must be sent via WhatsApp along with your order details. Orders will be processed only after payment verification.

Stitching Services

We offer professional stitching services for our unstitched suits. Stitching charges vary based on the design complexity and embellishments.

Size Chart: Please refer to our detailed size chart when placing your order. We recommend taking professional measurements for the best fit. Custom measurements are accepted for stitched orders.

Timeline: Standard stitching takes 3-5 working days. Rush orders may be accommodated with additional charges—please contact us for availability.

Alterations: Minor alterations are free within 7 days of delivery if the issue is due to our error. Customer-requested changes after delivery will incur additional charges.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We only collect information necessary to process your order, including your name, contact details, and delivery address.

Data Protection: We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. All transaction data is encrypted and secure.

Communication: By placing an order, you consent to receive order updates and promotional messages via WhatsApp and email. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

Cookies: Our website uses cookies to enhance your browsing experience. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect site functionality.

Product Information

We strive to display product images as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and fabric dye lots.

Fabric Quality: All products are clearly labeled with fabric type and quality grade (Luxury, Premium, Deluxe, Fine). Please read product descriptions carefully before ordering.

Stock Availability: While we make every effort to keep our inventory updated, popular items may sell out quickly. If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will contact you immediately with alternatives or a full refund.
